- Informative data for promoting our services in keeping with the indications received from the interested party and in keeping with their preferences.
The personal data provided will be conserved as long as they are necessary to offer a response to the contractual relationship and to offer a response to the requests or applications made and in any case, for as long as their cancellation is not requested. They shall also be conserved for as long as is necessary to comply with legal obligations that correspond in keeping with the kind of data.

The interested party may access and update their data. It should be remembered that you may be asked to verify your identity to be able to carry out your request.

The interested party may request any incorrect or incomplete information (personal data) and ask for it to be rectified.

In keeping with applicable legislation, the interested party may exercise their right to request the copy of the personal data that is stored, and to be provided with it in a structured format, in common use and legible and/or request this information to be given to another services provider (in as far as this is technically possible).
- Withholding and eliminating the data
The personal data may be withheld (the part that is necessary and for the required amount of time) to execute the contract formalised between the interested party and HOTEL TERRAMAR S.A. and to comply with the legal obligations, for example but not limited to, tax obligations, those regarding security with respect to the Police and legal information.
In view of the fact that HOTEL TERRAMAR S.A. guarantees to protect your data in a digital support from accidental destruction or from computer attacks it is possible that the interested party's personal information may not be eliminated from the backup copy system for a limited period of time.
- Revoking consent and restricting the data processing
Should the interested party have authorised the processing of their personal data, they will have the right to revoke their consent by sending the request by email to administració@hterramar.com.
